If you’re going to lose weight, you’ll need to be at least a little active.  You might want to join a gym, or enroll in some kind of exercise or stretch class.  Or even a dance class.  You know, something that makes you physically move!

And when you involve yourself in activity, you’re going to deplete some of your fluids.  That would be not only water, but also something called electrolytes.  With any physical activity, comes the importance of replenishing bodily fluids including electrolyte replenishment.  Dehydration and loss of electrolytes can be the source of dizziness, headaches and muscle cramps among other things.  So always, always drink plenty of water and find some some sort of electrolyte replenishment thirst quencher.  This is an absolute must when exerting yourself!

When I first started my diet herbalife program, I wasn’t really looking for much other than feeling better and having more energy.  And, yes, it did seem to boost energy quite well and quickly too!  But, because I started having a little more pep and energy, I started looking into why I was having these results and how could I make them something I could count on.  That’s when I came face to face with the issue of weight loss.

You see, I really wasn’t looking for an herbalife weight loss diet, I was looking for a “healthy living plan”.  But what I hadn’t realized was, that with cellular nutrition and the little physical activity I was doing at the time, I had started to lose a little weight!  And I was feeling better and more energetic!

So that’s what got me looking into all the elements of what I think is an effective healthy living program including weight management!

According to today’s science, for humans, nutrition is essentially defined as the seven different substances required for sustenance of life in the human body.  Those substances are: carbohydrates, fats, fiber, minerals, protein, vitamins, and water.  This is fairly common knowledge.  But what hasn’t seemed to find common ground, is our thinking about nutrition and what keeps us healthy, even more so, the habits with which we approach nutrition, health and life sustenance.  For instance, contrary to popular belief, whatever makes us feel full is not necessarily the most nutritious food we can ingest. And, unlimited amounts of food eaten at any given time is not the best way to go either!

To manage one’s health, one must manage his body, and bodily functions.  A big part of that is managing the amount of weight one carries.  And when it comes to weight management, efficient nutrition is the key!  Often, to bring one’s over-all weight into healthy balance with height and age, one must bring their over-all metabolism (or functionality) into efficiency.  This implies that it’s best to gain maximum nutrition from whatever you digest without gaining unwanted weight.  Often such things as low carb meal replacements can be very helpful for good healthy energy while managing weight.  Their are numerous meal replacements on the market today.  Make sure you get one that not only feeds the cells the daily required nutrients, but can sustain your energy without unnecessary calories!

That’s right!  In many instances, weight loss is the needed program!

Of course, everyone needs a diet that includes all the required food substances.  And it’s best to make sure those nutrients are delivered to the right places.  Many experts now agree that the most efficient diet for support in this is a diet that adheres to the principle of cellular nutrition, similar to my diet herbalife program.  It’s important to remember that these different substances needed to fulfill your body’s nutritional needs are required to empower the different functions of the many different types of cells in our bodies. All of our body cells need effective nourishment in order for us to stay optimally healthy.  Since the cells are the energy source of our bodies, doesn’t it make sense to make sure the proper nutrition for each cellular function is fed to each cell?  Yes, absolutely, and that’s the special importance of feeding each cell!

So what is the proper nutrition?

So what makes certain things so crucial in a diet, or a “get in shape”, or a “just have more energy” kind of program?  Well, you can start with what’s essential to experiencing good health.  One of the primary, and absolutely necessary, ingredients in such a program is good nutrition.  So if good nutrition is vital, wouldn’t the most effective, optimal nutrition provide the best fuel for your program?  Of course!

After looking deep into this issue, it’s clear to me through my experience, the very best nutrition is cellular nutrition.  After all, doesn’t it make sense that the more high quality nutrition provided to each cell in the body, the more efficient our metabolic functions will be?  And therefore, the better our health will be?  The principle of cellular nutrition is one of striving to provide the optimal amount of the best nutrition for each appropriate cell in the body.  There are many different programs available claiming to do this, but my experience is herbalife diet plans seem to adhere to the principle of cellular nutrition more effectively, and in turn, I’ve felt a tangible difference using them.

So which diet should you choose?

My intense examination, or investigation really, of my diet herbalife program, has actually inspired me to honestly take a look at my habits, disciplines, and desires or goals.  What I see unfolding is both challenging and hopeful!  Challenging because I’m really pushing myself to do the program, without cheating.  And hopeful, because I know if I can really do the program, my goals of looking and feeling great will be fulfilled!

The elements I feel are essential to honestly do my herblaife program are a little more than one would think.  It’s not as simple as most would like.  There are many “weight loss”, “proper nutrition” programs on today’s market, but this is the most effective I’ve experienced out there.  So, to me,it’s worth it!

Specifically, for me, the programs essential elements are optimal nutrition(for me, meaning herbalife cellular nutrition), exercise or some kind of physical activity, plenty of water and electrolyte replenishment, proper rest and a disciplined attitude.  I’m finding the more I can stick to these five things consistently, the better I feel, the better I perform at everything, and the better I look!

So, maybe it’s time to talk about why I pick these five things as being so important?

The last bit of “skin info” I have to share, or actually feel important to mention after having it shared with me, is the genuine understanding that the skin is an organ!  Would you believe it is the largest organ of our bodies?!

So, if it’s an organ, and it truly is, shouldn’t it be nourished and maintained?  Why, yes, of course! I’ve heard one of the best methods of skin maintenance is exfoliation.  Exfoliation is a great way to soften your skin and keep it youthful looking.  I’m told this is easily accomplished by using something like a body buffing scrub herbalife recommends.

Just the other day I was fortunate enough to have one of the lovely ladies, I’ve recently met, take me aside and share the herbalife secrets behind her lovely skin.  She’s a devout pursuer of herbalife beauty and tells me the that the anti aging skincare collagen building glucosamine complex is absolutely her choice for wrinkles and lines.

But, she says her secret is the maintenance of whatever improvements she’s able to accomplish with the use of those anti aging skincare products!  For that she recommends the herbalife nourifusion line that is skin “type” sensative and provides nourishing skin maintenance by infusing vitamins for a kind of skin therapy!

And I must say, when I learned her true age, I was shocked at how young she looks!

Well, now that I’ve started on this investigation into the uses of glucosamine, I’ve find it leading me to those that have gone before me down the herbalife trail.  And, when it comes to the anti aging skincare products, I find myself speaking with the ones who mostly use this herbalife skin activator line. While I use the spf skin activator moisturizer for sun screen, it is apparently the women who consistently use this complete product line.

I will say that looking into this has made me take notice of all the beautiful, glowing skin around me! “It’s our herbalife beauty“, they say when complimented.  And, yes, when I ask, they all say that they are big fans of the very popular glucosamine complex!

Why use glucosamine?  As my diet herbalife program research has led me to learn about glucosamine, I’m finding out there’s a lot of information to sift through!  With somewhat conflicting evidence about its effectiveness,
glucosamine remains the popular, preferred choice for possible prevention of joint cartilage degeneration.  So with that, we know its considered the go to supplement targeted to aid osteoarthritis.  And to that end, glucosamine is often presented with chondroitin sulfate in combination.  With its popularity intact, and the vast majority of people choosing to use glucosamine continually, one can only conclude that on some level it’s working well for them!

But there’s a whole other world that glucosamine is also part of!  It’s also an ingredient in certain cosmetic products! It is said that hydrolyzed collagen is used for its anti aging skincare moisturizing properties.  And I’m seeing now that a special glucosamine complex is a key element in a new and very popular collagen building anti aging skincare product line!  How about that?!
