Diet Herb

I know.  Sometimes we just can’t help ourselves, and we really overdo it!  And that’s usually the time we strain or pull a muscle.  You might be able to apply heat or ice or both to help recover, but rest is always mandatory in situation like this.  How do you get the most effective rest so you can get up a going again?

Often, with strains and pulls, muscles are so tight you need something to help release those muscles so they can recover.  But you want the muscle relaxers you use to be noninvasive and natural rather than a drug.  The best muscle relaxer I know, from my own experience, is tang kuei.  The muscle relaxing properties in tang kuei come from a natural herb and are so powerful that it’s good for any pain for both men and women.  In fact, it’s been a longtime favorite of women for menstrual cramps!

The muscle relaxing properties contained in the Chinese herb, dong quai, have long been used by women for relief of pain and muscle cramps associated with the menstrual cycle.  This Chinese herb can be found in herbalife’s Tang Kuei Plus. Tang Kuei Plus has extended dong quai’s popularity to anyone, men and women alike, who seek muscular relaxation for relief from any type pain. What is hypercholesterolemia?  It is best known as “high cholesterol”.   Such cholesterol levels as low HDL cholesterol or high LDL cholesterol can be direct causes of stroke or heart disease.

These levels may be controlled through diets containing low cholesterol, yet those diets often need some support.  Many experts agree that some natural herbal remedies, in the form of healthy heart supplements, can be very helpful in stabilizing healthy cholesterol levels and supporting healthy hearts.
